A company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high performing enterprise sales team focused on strategic accounts Own revenue, pipeline, and forecasting, executing territory and account plans for growth Drive complex, multi-product enterprise deals and coach the team on solution-oriented selling

Required Qualifications Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in B2B SaaS sales with 5+ years in enterprise account leadership Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets in complex environments Experience selling platform or multi-product solutions to large enterprises (Fortune 1000 / Global 2000) Strong command of value-based and solution selling methodologies Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high performing sales talent
