- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- 7 – 10 years of sales experience required
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to build partnerships and resolve complex issues
- Valid Driver’s License required for travel
- Knowledge of the dialysis industry or medical supply/equipment experience
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Experience conducting customer business reviews
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
