What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support functions to enhance the sales process and achieve annual sales goals
  • Represent the business unit on internal management and product development teams
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to assess and improve organizational sales capabilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents, business partners, and leaders
  • Develop coaching plans and supervise the training of sales personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent PL Sales and/or PL Retention experience post‑training
  • Must be in good standing with performance and attendance
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, economics, insurance, or a related field
  • Ten years of experience managing sales programs within a call center or sales support environment
  • Ability to acquire required federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the designated time period

  • Graduate studies in business, marketing, or a related subject area
  • Knowledge of sales management and sales support practices and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess producer needs and recommend products
