- Articulate business benefits, respond to objections, and identify sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools for accurate activity recording and lead management
- 2+ years of SDR to AE handoff sales experience, preferably in software or technology
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales Loft, Zoominfo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with senior stakeholders
- Results‑driven, tenacious, and a strong team player
- College degree preferred
- Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, or Financial Technology
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies, particularly AI tools
