Certa Pro Painters® of Blue Bell and Greater Philadelphia is seeking to hire a Residential Sales Associate in the Philadelphia/Delaware County area. An "RSA" is responsible for meeting with customers at their homes and providing a painting estimate in a timely manner. Living in Philadelphia is a big plus. The position overview includes representing Certa Pro Painters of Blue Bell and Greater Philadelphia to prospective customers to differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further enhance our "Brand of Certainty."

Service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life. Ensure that our customers' needs, and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal. Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed. Essential functions include sales: complete set-up call to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customer, meet with customer, in person, to perform 10+1 Estimate Process and collaborate on their project, schedule follow-up date and time with customer, ensure that landed proposals are signed by the customer prior to reporting the job as landed, collect deposits (if necessary), schedule customer inquiries (Leads) for Estimates.

Marketing: generate assertive leads per the Marketing Territory Map, ensure that lawn signs are up in territory and door hangers are distributed as per the Territory Marketing Plan, ensure that cold call campaigns are executed as per the Territory Marketing Plan.

Full-time Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year (salary) + commission. Benefits include 401(k), company car, health insurance, paid time off. Compensation package: commission pay.

Schedule:

8 hour shift, day shift, evenings as needed, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. License/certification: driver's license (required). Ability to commute:
Philadelphia, Delaware County, Willow Grove.
