Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager is a sales management role which builds institutional partnerships that convert employee and client populations into scalable, repeatable mortgage production. The position is responsible for developing new distribution channels and driving loan volume through strategic partner relationships.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a partner-driven production channel within a well-established mortgage platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive mortgage volume from Corporate and Affinity partner relationships
  • Oversee and manage corporate loan officers.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with employers, hospitals, unions, financial institutions, and advisors
  • Execute outreach, education sessions, and marketing initiatives to generate applications
  • Track and improve partner-level performance including applications, closings, pull-through.
  • Manage executive-level relationships with partner organizations
  • Expand and deepen partnerships to increase engagement and utilization
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to support execution.
  • Develop and standardize repeatable affinity models across multiple partners

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or mortgage production
  • Proven ability to build relationships with institutional decision-makers
  • Knowledge of residential mortgage products preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills
