Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Home Appliances & Kitchen Appliances industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT), with proven expertise in achieving sales targets, generating revenue, expanding distribution networks, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop and expand General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and retail chains.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
• Execute sales strategies, promotions, and product launches.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Home Appliances or Kitchen Appliances sales.
• Strong knowledge of General Trade and Modern Trade operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in distributor management, team handling, and business development.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
