Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus will be selling professional services which can include a variety of delivery methods including MSP Offerings, Project-based Services and Time & Material projects, as well as individual roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staffing, project services, and MSP solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in staffing, project services, or MSP environments.

Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to communicate their value to clients.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
