Staffing Representative (Healthcare) – Urgent Need, Now Hiring

• Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% Fully Remote
• Location: Remote (Expats welcome)
• Target Compensation: ~$1,039.80/month (based on full-time hours) | $6.00/hour
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to healthcare candidates, professionals, and workers to promote available job opportunities and open shifts.
• Match qualified healthcare candidates to client assignments and actively confirm worker availability.
• Execute persistent, structured follow-up to move candidates efficiently through application, credentialing, and background check stages.
• Overcome candidate objections, manage rejection professionally, and maintain a high-energy, results-driven approach.
• Systematically track applications, background check progress, and candidate pipelines using organized database systems.

• High-Volume Outbound Phone
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven comfort with frequent outbound phone calls, candidate outreach, and managing rejection.
• Sales & Staffing Background: Experience in healthcare staffing, outbound recruitment, phone sales, or customer-facing environments with a persistent sales mindset.
• Pipeline Management: Creative and resourceful in sourcing talent, with strong organizational skills to track applications and compliance processes.
• Results-Oriented Drive: Self-motivated, persistent, and highly goal-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
