Seasonal Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Senior Sales Associate to support our busy retail season. In this role, you'll greet customers, recommend band and orchestra instruments, accessories, and lessons, and process rentals, sales, and repairs. You'll maintain merchandising standards, support inventory and stock checks, and accurately use POS systems. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and students, helping them find the right musical solutions while upholding our student-focused, educational, and community-driven culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a fast-paced retail music environment
• Recommend instruments, accessories, and lesson options based on customer needs
• Support and process instrument rentals, sales, and repair orders
• Operate POS systems accurately for purchases, returns, and rentals
• Maintain merchandising, store appearance, and promotional displays
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to support music education
• Explain financing, rental terms, and service plans clearly to customers
• Meet or exceed seasonal sales and service goals
