Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll process sales and rentals, support merchandising, maintain product displays, and help achieve store goals. You'll also assist with school service events and community outreach.

This position suits someone with retail or music sales experience who is passionate about music education and comfortable working in a performance-driven, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service to students, parents, and educators
• Advise customers on instrument sales, rentals, accessories, and private lessons
• Process sales, rentals, returns, and lesson enrollments accurately
• Support merchandising, stocking, and visual presentation of the sales floor
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and performance goals
• Assist with in-store events, school visits, and community outreach activities
• Maintain accurate records and follow store policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment
