Sales Account Executive

Securitas Technology is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive growth of our integrated electronic security and life safety solutions for commercial and enterprise clients. You will prospect and manage accounts, perform needs assessments, and design technology-driven protection and risk management solutions including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems. Working closely with engineering and operations, you'll deliver tailored proposals, ensure smooth implementation, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a culture of safety, integrity, innovation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business for integrated electronic security and life safety solutions with commercial and enterprise clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through consultative, relationship-based selling
• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines and profitability targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity records within CRM tools
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Securitas Technology solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and performance KPIs
