Sales Executive​/Sales Account Manager​/Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Take regular orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Ensure adequate product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
• Ensure proper implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update sales data in the company system.
• Ensure proper market coverage and maintain the assigned beat/route plan.
• Coordinate with distributors, logistics, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.

2 to 7 years of experience in FMCG

FMCG/food sales, retail sales, B2B sales, General Trade sales or field sales.

Good knowledge of assigned territory
