Catering Sales Manager

Sky Bridge Luxury is partnering with a luxury resort in Pennsylvania to identify an experienced Catering Sales Manager with a strong background in weddings and social events. This position will be responsible for developing and managing wedding business while providing an exceptional level of service throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have previous catering or wedding sales experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment and a proven ability to build relationships, develop new business, and successfully convert leads.

• Develop and manage wedding and social catering business
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, wedding planners, and industry partners
• Conduct site tours and client appointments
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert qualified inquiries
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve established revenue goals
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event execution
• Participate in networking and business development opportunities

• Previous catering or wedding sales experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment
• Strong wedding sales experience preferred
• Proven sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
