For our client, we are seeking a Dealer Relations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will manage relationships with dealership partners across a defined territory while supporting adoption of the company's products and services. The position will be responsible for coordinating product launch activity, delivering training, and serving as a key point of contact for issue resolution. Success in this role will require strong relationship management, clear communication, and the ability to drive consistent execution across multiple accounts.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $105,000 annually
Responsibilities- Manage daily dealer relations and promote product adoption
- Plan and oversee product launch strategies and their implementation
- Deliver ongoing training and performance visits to dealerships
- Act as the main contact for troubleshooting dealership issues
- Provide best practice insights to dealerships and team members
- Communicate product updates and ensure timely implementations
- Maintain relationships with 20+ accounts across a defined territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in luxury automotive retail
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools and technology
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel 25% within the region and nationally as needed
