The MSO Market Growth Lead defines the sales strategy for multiple lines of business targeting specific markets. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. You will report to the Associate Director, Channel Development.
You will develop and execute growth strategies for Center Well’s MSO/IPA network. You will engage independent primary care practices on Center Well’s MSO/IPA offering in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets. You will achieve targets around the recruitment of providers into Center Well IPA Solutions and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing business deals, meeting and exceeding goals, and requires an understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting.
You will be the subject matter expert on Center Well’s MSO/IPA product portfolio and support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships that drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals. You will achieve annual growth targets. You will develop meaningful relationships with provider partners and execute contractual agreements to join our MSO/IPA network through broad collaboration with corporate leadership, partners across contracting, key local partners, and our market leadership teams.

You must reside in the Salt Lake City, UT or Seattle, WA metro area.Responsibilities:
You will recruit primary care practices to join Center Well IPA Solutions to meet growth targets and will partner with Center Well stakeholders through the following ways:
- Develop an understanding of Center Well’s MSO/IPA offering and corresponding provider and membership growth strategies.
- Develop an understanding of the local market competitive landscape, understanding the relationships/impacts to Center Well product portfolio.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative input to drive channel growth and help the business achieve related growth targets.
- Recognize trends that can complement and enhance product offerings.
- Facilitate complex negotiations, providing main insights that advance agreements with new provider partners.
- Provide national and local market leadership teams with reporting and insights that help drive alignment around growth projections.
- Collaborate across teams to provide meaningful input to drive strategic decisions around program design, contracting efforts and capital deployment.
- Maintain a focus on the ultimate objective of creating and promoting provider partnerships that are hyper focused on succeeding in a value-based setting through improving patient health outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement or provider contracting.
- Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s degree preferred. - Must have value-based care knowledge.
- Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing insights that advance agreements with new provider partners.
- Experience cultivating relationships and creating partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations.
- Knowledge of local market provider landscape.
- Self-starter that can develop a growth pipeline and execute provider agreements that drive our programs towards success.
