CRM Systems & Management, Inside Sales
We are entering a focused fundraising phase and are looking for an Advisor — Investor Relations to help us re-engage our existing investor network, build a new pipeline of aligned seed investors (VCs + Angels welcome), and drive a consistent cadence of high-quality investor meetings. This includes measuring our conversion rates and progress toward our fundraising goals.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who has done this before—who understands the mechanics, psychology, and operational discipline required to support an early-stage raise.
During the interview process you will propose items to include in a paid 2-week sprint which will constitute the final hiring “experience” – where you can both deliver immediate value and outcomes (eg: by the end of your first day) as well as assess the ongoing needs of the Investor Relations process and our CRM (Hub Spot), and propose a broader plan of action and improvement – a 30/60/90 day plan you will present after you conclude the 2-week sprint.
