We are looking for an experienced
* US IT Staffing Sales Manager
* with a proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and closing staffing deals in the US market.

• Generate new business through cold calling, email, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
• Identify and engage with US clients, hiring managers, HR teams, MSPs/VMS, and staffing partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from
  * lead generation to requirement acquisition, negotiation, and closure*.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• * 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales/Business Development.*
• * Mandatory:
  Must have personally closed a minimum of 5 US IT Staffing leads/deals.*
• Proven experience in
  * US client acquisition and lead conversion*.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing, contract staffing, C2H, and permanent hiring.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working with US clients and US business hours.

• Existing US client network.
• Experience with
  * MSPs, VMS, implementation partners, or direct clients*.
• Experience in offshore/onshore staffing solutions.
• Team handling or mentoring experience.
