Nihon Kohden develops medical electronic devices and digital health services, including patient monitoring systems, defibrillators, in-vitro diagnostics, and ventilation solutions. The company aims to improve healthcare with advanced technology.
- Manage sales activities for Critical Care products, including Patient Monitoring, Ventilation, and Digital Health Solutions Acquire and support complex innovation and replacement projects, understand customer requirements, and develop appropriate solution designs
- Analyze customer processes and identify opportunities to optimize clinical and data workflows in the Critical Care segment
- Position Digital Health Solutions as part of overall solutions and as a driver for healthcare modernization projects
- Support customers and distributors during the introduction of new devices and Digital Health solutions
- Manage customer projects during trial phases in close collaboration with the responsible distributor
- Train distribution partners and customers on the clinical application of Nihon Kohden’s solutions
- Develop and maintain a network of clients and key opinion leaders, and participate in trade shows and conferences
- Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of market segmentation in assigned countries
- Develop sales and product campaigns with NKE Marketing, NKE Marketing Communications, and regional distribution partners
- Ensure competitive positioning and strategy for the cluster or region, and identify geographical trends and emerging technologies
- 5+ Years of experience in medical technology and in-depth sales experience in the medical device environment
- Ability to negotiate and conduct business with clients at all levels in the public health sector, private hospitals, and especially distributors
- Medical education with relevant B2B experience, or a degree in economics or a related field with in-depth healthcare market experience
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, willingness to take responsibility, confidence, and personal initiative
- Strong teamwork skills to work remotely as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
- Ready to travel internationally within Europe approximately 50% of the time
- Fluent spoken and written English
- The role can be based in Poland, the Baltics, or the Nordics
