Software Services Account Executive

This is a fully remote associate role in BELTO Software Services. You will work with a distributed team on consequential client and internal priorities.

The work combines market research, thoughtful outreach, discovery, proposal development and long-term account stewardship. We value direct communication, careful qualification and commercial ambition without pressure tactics.

Success means improving the quality and speed of decisions, leaving durable operating assets, and communicating trade-offs before they become surprises. The selection process includes a structured conversation and a practical, role-relevant exercise. We do not use protected personal characteristics in hiring decisions.

• Run discovery that produces a written problem statement both sides agree on.
• Build proposals with delivery input and defend the price on value, not discount.
• Manage the deal through procurement, security review and legal.
• Keep an accurate forecast and flag slippage early.
• Hand over to delivery with full context, in writing.

• Early-career sales experience with a real closing record.
• Technical curiosity sufficient to hold a credible engineering conversation.
• Organisation across many concurrent conversations.
• Honesty about deal health.
• Currently enrolled at, or holding a degree from, Stanford University or Harvard University.
