Job Description

I am seeking a highly motivated research assistant. The role is well-suited for students with a background or interest in organizational or social psychology.

You will engage in research activities, including literature reviews, survey creation, data coding, data analysis, and teaching assistance (exercise creation). This position requires strong attention to detail and working independently and collaboratively. Applicants should have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Qualtrics and other statistical software is a plus. This role provides a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in doing organizational behavior research, as well as teaching assistance and departmental support.
