Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at entrances and checkpoints by verifying identification, credentials, and/or visitor authorization; issue visitor passes and maintain accurate access logs.;
Support outbound and inbound shipping and receiving operations by directing traffic flow at gates, coordinating with site contacts, and monitoring for unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and notifying site management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, loading areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
