Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence halls, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify concerns;
Monitor access points and observe people and property for irregularities; assist with directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic during peak periods and special events;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate campus resources and/or public services as required;
Complete detailed reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and policy violations; communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
