Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a healthcare and laboratory location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with notifications, documenting details, and coordinating with on-site management and/or public responders as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, corridors, offices, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, irregular conditions, and/or policy violations;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or other security-related systems when assigned, initiate appropriate response steps, and complete clear, timely reports and shift logs;
Support controlled access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and delivery logs, and helping maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive areas and materials
