Security Officer - Foot Patrol Temple University

Allied Universal - Up to $18.30/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an education location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help reduce unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and check identification and/or credentials as required, assisting with visitor directions and campus policy questions.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.;
Operate and monitor security-related systems and equipment such as radios, access control, alarms, and cameras, and complete patrol logs and incident reports per post orders.
