Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns and report security-related issues;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures to help support authorized entry and/or departure of staff, visitors, and vendors;
Assist with security-related support for healthcare and laboratory-related operations by observing sensitive areas, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and/or following post orders and client-directed protocols
