Security Officer PMA

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a cultural institution setting.;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying site leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, staff spaces, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious conditions according to site protocols.;
Support the protection of artwork, exhibits, and other property by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders.
