Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a cultural institution setting;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff and appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures;
Support the protection of artwork, exhibits, and restricted areas by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and incident reporting protocols
