Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols across the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with campus contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe campus activity to help to identify security-related concerns, document incidents, and share information according to post procedures.;
Support emergency response activities, assist with directions and general assistance, and complete assigned reports and logs in a timely manner.
