As a Front Desk Officer in a professional financial institution location, you will greet visitors, manage access control, monitor entry activity, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and attention to detail. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, assisting visitors, and supporting security-related procedures for a financial services location.

+ Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.

+ Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and communication reports, and provide clear information to employees, guests, and vendors regarding entry procedures and site expectations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
