Position: Security Officer (Unarmed)
Tarian -  - Responsibilities:
Access Control:
Monitor and manage entry points, screening patients, visitors, staff, and vendors in accordance with hospital policies;
Patrol & Surveillance:
Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to identify safety concerns, security risks, or suspicious activity;
Incident Response:
Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, and hazardous conditions;
Conflict Resolution:
Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage disruptive behavior and resolve conflicts professionally;
Reporting & Documentation:
Complete accurate incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports to ensure clear communication and accountability
