Position: Security Officer Abercrombie & Fitch
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting visitor activity in accordance with site guidelines.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store leadership and Allied Universal management as needed.;
Support a professional front desk presence by answering phones, providing directions, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.;
Complete routine reports, logs, and other assigned documentation related to security-related activities and customer interactions at the location.
