Security Officer Philadelphia Museum of Art

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a cultural institution location.;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with notifications and documentation as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, exhibit areas, entrances, public spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor flow, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Support opening and closing routines, assist with crowd management during events and busy periods, and follow post orders related to the protection of artwork, property, and restricted areas.
