Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and reporting as required;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and document observations;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, corridors, loading areas, and perimeter access points;
Deter unauthorized activity and policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and reporting concerns to site leadership or local responders;
Monitor activity across the location and assist with access control, crowd management, and directional support during busy hours and events
