Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures and access guidelines;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and exterior perimeter;

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report to site leadership or emergency personnel;
