Security Officer Warehouse Distribution KLS

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk responsibilities at a busy logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor visitor sign-in, credential checks, deliveries, and/or incoming calls while helping to support security-related policies and documenting routine front desk activity.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels when needed.;
Help to manage entry and exit activity for guests, vendors, and/or contractors, verify authorizations, and direct individuals to the appropriate contact or location.;
Maintain a professional front desk presence while observing lobby and reception activity, reporting unusual behavior, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues to site leadership.
