Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access to the facility, verify authorized entry for personnel and visitors, and maintain required logs and documentation.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.;
Observe shipping and receiving operations for unusual activity, report security-related concerns, and communicate professionally with site management and Allied Universal leadership.
