Security Officer The Hilton

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, public spaces, service corridors, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the hotel location, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures;
Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records while communicating professionally with hotel management and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate hotel personnel and/or emergency responders as needed
