Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Perimeter Inspection

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report relevant information according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies; provide directions and assistance as needed.;
Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding security-related matters.
