Job Title: Security Guard
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Shift: Overnight, 12am-8am
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Security Guard to join our team at Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents, staff, and facilities. Security Guard Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the facility, including doors, gates, and parking areas
Patrol the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to prevent and detect any potential security breaches
Conduct routine security checks, including but not limited to, performing rounds, checking doors and windows, and monitoring surveillance cameras
Respond promptly and effectively to any security-related incidents or emergencies
Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and activities
Collaborate with other departments, including Nursing and Administrative staff, to ensure seamless care and support to our residents
Demonstrate a strong commitment to resident-centered care, upholding our organization's mission and values
Security Guard Requirements:
Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
