Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, behavioral health concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with access control procedures and directing patients and visitors to appropriate areas.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
