Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or guests while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a campus location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Monitor access points, check credentials as assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.;
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities
