Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Bicycle Courtesy Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, students, and community members by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas; report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
