Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an educational arts location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, galleries, classrooms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility information, and help maintain an orderly environment during classes, exhibitions, and special events;
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel as needed;
Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures
