About the Security Guard Role:

As a Security Guard at Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• Monitoring and responding to alarms, including fire alarms, panic buttons, and security cameras

• Conducting regular rounds of the facility to identify and address any potential security risks

• Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff

• Participating in emergency response and disaster preparedness efforts

Security Guard Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Good physical and mental health, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
