• Two (2)+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• EPA refrigerant license or desire to obtain proper certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a 50 state background check
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
• Willingness to continue education in HVAC field
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in confined spaces
