Performs skilled maintenance and repairs and a variety of maintenance and engineering duties for the Facilities Management Department.;
Assists with work orders and preventative maintenance work to ensure corrections are timely and cost-effective.;
Installs and repairs lighting, AC power distribution, switches, receptacles, over current protection, conduit and wire; completes tasks assigned by facilities management team.;
Performs maintenance on all facility electrical system components up to and including the secondary distribution panel.
