* About the Role:

*
* As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

** What You'll Do*
* - Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems, including Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units

- Diagnose and troubleshoot CRAC components such as compressors, coils, fans, and controls.

- Assist with installation and commissioning of CRAC and HVAC systems; monitor conditions via BMS or DCIM platforms.

- Carry out general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, door hardware adjustments, and minor plumbing.

- Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety codes.

- Read and interpret HVAC schematics and technical manuals.

- Use defined procedures to solve problems and communicate clearly with the team.

- Experience in mission-critical environments and understanding of airflow and heat load balancing is a plus.

** What You'll Need:*
* - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

What You'll Need

Preferred Qualifications

+ Ability to     calculate simple figures such as percentages.

+ Experience     using powered or non-powered hand tools.
