About Us

Stone Creek Design Build is a residential construction company based in Red Hill, PA, serving Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, and Berks Counties. We specialize in custom homes, finished basements, additions, decks, and remodels.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter to handle and install all aspects of carpentry work while directing other employees, subcontractors, and ordering materials to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The candidate will also assist with foundation and other construction tasks as needed.

Job Overview

As a full‑time carpenter, you will perform a wide range of tasks related to residential remodeling and new construction projects, including demolition, framing, trim carpentry, painting, and the installation of doors and cabinetry. You will work closely with project managers and maintain direct communication with homeowners throughout the project. Additional experience in plumbing, electrical, or tile work is a plus.

  • Flat bar / pry bar

  • Pliers (needle nose and standard)
  • Circular saw
  • Drill
  • Router
  • Reciprocating saw
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven finish carpentry experience
  • Knowledge of general residential/commercial construction
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently when required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to schedule and complete work in an organized manner
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to company office/shop
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Willing and able to use computer-based construction software on a company‑provided tablet
  • Ability to collaborate with the team using the local shop and design showroom
