Position: Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City - Maintenance Technician
Aimbridge Hospitality -  - Responsibilities:
Master the art of preventative maintenance—whether it’s swapping bulbs, patching vinyl, touching up paint, or repairing furniture and tiles, you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running smoothly.;
Take charge of repairs and tune-ups for ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen gadgets, laundry gear, HVAC systems, and even the swimming pool and hot tub, ensuring peak performance all around.;
Respond quickly to alarms, investigate their cause, and report findings to the Front Desk, keeping everyone safe and in the know.;
Act responsibly with access to sensitive hotel areas and information—including safes, master keys, storage rooms, and secured files—always maintaining a high level of integrity and trust.;
Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised, represent the company with professionalism and good judgment, and drive safely when needed for business.
